MindForest specialises in helping organisations overcome the challenges related to change management aspects, be that in terms of specific projects, workforce transitions, mergers, acquisitions, cultural adjustments or similar situations. Our methods are based on in-depth knowledge and many years of experience, which has allowed us to channel this expertise in two complementary services: MindForest Advisory and MindForest Academy, while working together with our international network of specialists of the MindForest Alliance.
As a Luxembourg-based change management organisation, MindForest was founded in 2000 and took on its first international assignment in 2002. At the outset, we primarily focused on organisational processes; specifically within information and communication technology, but over the years we’ve developed expertise within practically all aspects of organisational change, for example:
